QUESTION: my question is that why AB positive can receive all other types.please make me explain

Answer
Hi Jon:
The A and B refer to blood proteins. People with AB blood have both proteins. If you are type A you have the A protein and if type B the B protein.  Type O has neither Lets say that you are Type A and I give you a pint of B blood.  I am introducing a foreign protein into you and you get a negative reaction. Same thing if you are B and I give you A. If you are AB I can give you A or B and since you have both that is ok.  I can give you O because I am giving you neither A or B.  The Rh factor is another protein.  You either have it (positive) or you do not (negative) If you are negative you cannot take positive blood but if Positive you can.
I hope this clears this up for you.
