HI,

I HAVE AN ASSESMENT ABOT FINDING WAYS TO ELIMINATE A BACTERIAL COLONY, I HAVE TO CHOOSE FIVE DIFFRENT WAYS, I HAVE COME UP WITH ONE NATURAL SOLUTION , HONEY. IS THIS A GOOD CHOICE? WE HAVE A CHOICE OF WICH CULTURES TO DO THIS ASSESMENT ON THEY ARE ESCHERICHIA COLI AND ATPHYLOCOCCUS ALBUS.

If I understood you correctly, you are looking for ways to reduce the growth of the bacteria. The growth of the bacteria could be reduced 1. by putting some antibiotics in the culture like pencillin and streptomycin (these are of course a natural solution since they are produced by bacteria), 2. by boiling them for a few minutes. I am not sure if honey can actually kill bacteria, even if it kills, i guess it will be very less.
