Question
hello i am presently studying medical in india.can you please tell me that whether it is possible to research in evolutionary biology or neurogenomics after doing graduation in medicine?

Answer
Dear Aniruddha,

Yes, it is possible.  You first need to identify universities/institutions that have faculty doing research in the particular area in which you are interested.  Then contact those faculty members via email to see whether they are accepting graduate students, and what you need to do to apply to their program.

You will likely be required to take a Graduate Record Exam, and possibly to take some courses that you have not had in your medical program. But this is certainly not going to be a difficult transition.

I wish you all the best fortune in this endeavor!
