Question
what type of force brings water molecules together?

Answer
Hi Courtney,

Thanks for the question!

In a single water molecule, covalent bonds are responsible for the Hydrogen and Oxygen being held together to create a water molecule; the water molecule has a permanent net dipole.  But the primary force that brings water molecules together is Hydrogen bonding.
