Question
Can you please explain how you would expect the sequence of amino acids in the beef and pig insulin to compare with that of humans?

Answer
Hi Alan;
I have problems with the wording of your question. How would I expect the AA sequence to compare? Certainly we would expect it be different in different mammals but not by much. Beef and pig insulin was once used as a substitute  for human insulin. I know because I am diabetic and used it in the 80s
