I am having trouble understanding the light dependent reactions and also the Calvin Cycle.

During the light dependent reactios photons are captured ane the energy store in ATP
 During the Calvin cycle pyruvate and acetyl Co A are converted to glucose using energy from ATp
  Can you be more specific about what you do not understand
