Question
How would i find the Genotype and Phenotype in a Punnett Square, "If a homozygous black cat crosses with an orange cat and the black allele is dominant,"

Answer
THe phenotype is what you can see (black or orange)
The genotype  is what genes are present

Crossing a black and orange cat
 Let B = Black
 Let b = orange
    Our genotypes are BB  Black
                      bb   Orange

  The cross BB  x   bb
 Punnett square

    B         B

b  Bb        Bb

b  Bb        Bb

 Phenotypes  100% black
 Genotypes   100% heterozygous black
