Question
Have read where CO2 is reported to increase obesity and Insulin resistance in humans.

Is this true?

Answer
Dear Wm,

Where did you read this?  I'd be curious.  Because we are constantly exposed to CO2 all the time.  It's a bit like saying that breathing O2 causes death because everyone in history who has breathed O2 has eventually died.

:P

But I'm willing to entertain the idea if I can get more specific information on just *how* CO2 can do this.
