Question
1. I need to know why fungi call Ascomycota or sac fungi.? I know that it's because od the shape that have sac like but it's there any better and clearer explanation ? Is there anything to do with sexual reproduction in sac fungi?

It is because the small, specialized structure in which meiosis takes place has somewhat the appearance of a small sac.  It is known as the ascus, which literally means "sac" in Latin.  You can view asci (plural) here:

No, I don't think they look much like sacks, either.  But I guess those mycology systematists must work very long hours...
