Explain how cell division is linked to cell theory?
If you have time, what time of the day or night is best for cellular activities?

All living things are made up of cells. This is the basic statement about cell theory but we also know that living cells reproduce themselves.
Cellular metabolism and cellular division are not affected by light. In the human body however the metabolic rate decrease during rest and sleep. Is this what you mean by this question?
