Question
My nine-year-old daughter is doing a science project on the effect of natural citric acid's (ie: lemon, orange, lime and grapefruit) on the spider plant, will this kill the plant?

Answer
  Hi Denise
I think that is what her project is trying to find out and it sounds like a good one for a nine year old. She must come up with a designed experiment and test the plants with the citric acid. If she needs help in setting up the study please let me know and I will help
