Question
QUESTION: I don't suppose you know if there is a way to convert primary colors into various skin pigmentations? I wanted to create skin color using pastry tools for desserts.

ANSWER: Hi james
This seems to be a art problem instead of a biology one.   Look for an artist on allexperts

QUESTION: I ask you because I assume there is no simple answer and an artist could only approximate. I don't know the color effects of the pigments in memonin that changes skin color. I wasn't sure if for prostetics or something along those lines someone has studied a means of matching colors like that.

Answer
All skin color comes from the deposition of a single pigment, melanin. The more melanin the darker the color.
I did some research and found out that any two complimentary colors will give brown.. One suggestion was mix red and green and then add white. You can also try a little yellow with it.
