Question
QUESTION: sam:Im 19 and Im 173cm I want to become taller.is there any way ? can I increase it about 15cm ?          thanks

ANSWER: Hi Sam
How tall you are is deterrmined by your DNA. There is no way to change that. At 19 you may still grow taller however. I was 20 before I stopped growing

QUESTION: Thanks sir. My brother is 15 and his taller than me and almost every body in my relatives is taller than me. I think it is not due to my DNA  any way how can I grow taller ?would you tell me please?what should I do? would help me please?how taller can I get?(pardon me if I had mistakes in my writing because I am a persian speaker )

Answer
How tall you are is determined by your heredity unless you have some problem with your growth hormones and at 19 you are short. I cannot diagnose any hormone problems. See a doctor to rule out any physical problems. If you are physically ok then you must accept it. There is nothing wrong with being short.
There have been surgeries done where bones were added to the legs but is expensive, painful and takes a long time to heal before you can walk again.
