Question
Hi Walter,

Is there any scientific truth to the theory that the human body changes every 7 years?  If so, what does the theory state exactly?  How does this theory relate to one's disease process?

Thank you,
Rita

Answer
There is no scientific evidence that this is factual because cells are replaced over time (except muscle and nerve cells) they are replaced over various lengths of time depending upon the type of tissue. Skin cells wear off quickly for example and are constantly being replaced
