Question
i have been searching for a long time about  sleeping  that why do we sleep ? is it  a disease or it a state of resting?

Answer
Ia m not surprizing that you have not found an answer to this question because sleep is still a mystery. All we know is that it is necessary to maintain life. It appears that sleep is affected by an area of the brain called the Reticular activating center
