why Do the Vocal cord of animals are different?.

Why cat, dog, Horse, Lion, cow etc animals
have a different vocal sound produced?.

Is it because of Larynx?.

 The anatomy of the larynx determines he sounds that are produced by the animal.The most remarkable are those of birds. This is the answer to your third question. Your first two are why questions. Why questions belong in the realm of evolutionary biology. Animals hav edifferent vocal cords because they have evolved that way
