Question
Hi, I am doing an assignment on Archaebacteria and have come accross a few questions that i cannot find the answer to.  I am not sure of the abiotic and biotic factors in the environment in which the archaebacteria lives.  Also, i am finding it impossible to gather any information on the variety of technology used by bilogists to study archaebacteria.
Thanks

Answer
Hi Lou
First of bear in mind that these organisms are no longer referred to as archaebacteria since they are not really bacteria.  They are in a separate Domain and are called Archaea.  They are found in extreme conditions of temperature and pH. There is a lot of information about them so I am referring you to this site.
