Question
Hi

Our first baby is due in about 4 weeks time and I am interested to see what hair colouring she may have. I have blonde hair (extremely blonde until later on in life) and blue eyes ; while my wife has brown hair and hazel eyes.

 Hello Richard
A lot depends upon the grandparents especially your wifes parents.  You are passing on genes for blonde and blue.  If you wifes parents are blonds with light eyes the odds of you havinga baby with light pigments is increased to maybe 50%.  Other wise the odds are about 25% for light hair and eyes.
