Question
What is the importance of Biology in BS Hotel and Restaurant Management?
I can think of at least two considerations here both involving bacteria. Restaurants have to be concerned not only with nutrition but also with proper food handling to prevent sickness.
Another problem would be to provide the proper hygienic conditions
