Question
Hello, I have decided to perform an experiment on bread mold for a science project, and no matter what resources I try, I cannot find sufficient information on bread mold in general.  Is there any knowledge or resources that you would be able to share with me?  Thank you.

Hello Lauren,

try to search for "Rhizopus" in Google or any other search engine. Rhizopus is the scientific name for the common bread mold; Rhizopus nigricans (= Rhizopus stolonifer) is the black bread mold.
