Question
How long do nerve cells, and epithelial cells live/survive?

Answer
It depends on where the epithelial cells are.  Skin cells eventually slough off as new ones are formed from cell division. I do not know the exact time in which this happens.
Nerve cells do not reproduce them selves and thgerefore survive as long as the individual animal survives
