Question
Describe the events that would occur to some protein in a boiled egg from the moment it is taken into the mouth until it is absorbed into the blood

Answer
Egg protein is albumin.  Pepsin in the stomach starts breaking down the protein.  In the small intestine (duodenum) the following enzymes break the protein down into aminl acids:trypsin,chymotrypsin,carboxypolypeptidase.
 In the small intestine the amino acids are absorbed
