Can you please direct me to some useful websites or books to find some information on: "the use of enzymes in medicine"
I have tried every where but couldn't find any thing useful

A good starting place for any on-line research is google(www.google.com) and otherwise go to a library and their section on medicine, biochemistry and biology. You have a topic that should have much information.

I can field a broad range of questions in biology, physiology, genetics, and cell biology in particular.
