Evolutionary speaking why do females get more vascularity to the skin?  ( more blood to the skin?)

Answer
There are two considerations here Alivia.  First I am unaware that this is the case. I believe ,in fact, that due to greater skin thickness males have greater vascularity.  I know this is true as far as the face is concerned. Secondly "Why" uestions in evolutionary biology can only be answered by "because that is what works best"
  We must consider some kind of competitive advantage that women would have over men if higher vascularity were indeed the case.  I know of none.
