Question
Can you tell me why frogs always cross the road when its raining?

Answer
Hi Bridgette;
At the risk of sounding facitious I would answer the same as the old "why did the chicken cross the road question"  To get to the other side.
 The real answer is that this is a myth and it makes no sense.  Frogs do not know what a road is and obviously it rains on both sides.
