Question
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU GRAM STAINED HUMAN CELLS?

Answer
Hi SALLY;  I have never tried but the purpose of a gram stain is to stain a carbohydrate in bacterial cell walls.  The human cells would most likely take up some of the counter stain and the first stain would decolorize.
Try gram staining cheek cells and see what happens
