Hi. I am in a Bio 11 class in high school and i have been assinged a project. i have to make a six foot poster on excretion in the kingdoms. i need the following information if you could please help me in any way it would be great.

1. how the following living things preform excretion. a.bactera b.diatoms c.moss d.earthworm e. starfish
The project is due on friday.

Hi Greg:  This is a very strange assignment.  I assume we are talking about getting rid of wastes especially nitrogenous wastes.  In Humans the organs involved are kidneys, lungs and skin.
  Bacteria expel wastes by diffusion through the cell wall.
  Diatoms and mosses do not excrete anything
  Earthworms have a type of kidney called flame cells and wastes enter the gut and pass out through the anus
  Starfise excrete wastes through a pore into the water.
