Hi I'm just wondering, why does Biology divided into some branches? Like Zoology and Botany... And what is the importance of Biology in our life???

Biology is the study of life, of ourselves.  It is important that we understand everything we can about our lives and the lives of all organisms around us. WE must understand for example the nature of disease if we are to survive.  Growing and preparing our food depends upon our knowledge about plant and animal life.
