I would like to do an IP in Botany.I prefer it to be simple one on a relevant accessible topic as its for the purpose of exams.Will u pls suggest some topics at u'r earliest convenience

I had been getting some questions recently regarding plant responses to external stimuli.  The reaction to sensitive fern (Mimosa)to touch for example.  How plants respond in the absence of a nervous system would be interesting.
 You might also look into geotropism and phototropism although a lot of study has been done on these topics.
  An area that has always fascinated me is the relationships between vascular plants and fungi. It is thought that the survival of a forest depends upon the mycelia of soil fungi.
