QUESTION: Hi!

I am a science student of class XI my subjects are PCB. As our home-work we are asked to make an investigatory project in bio on anything and we are told that someone should certify it. I need a simple topic on which I can get the maximum amount of information. this project really matters a lot for me. I would be really pleased if you could give me some suggestions on how to proceed about it. I would be glad if you could give me some 3-4 options. Thanking you in anticipation

QUESTION: Actually we were told to do it on anything but being specific I would say something like investigating on a particular disease or something like fetilizers,microorganisms to which medicine or drug they react to,etc. I hope I have I've made it more specific for you. thanx

Hi Sneha
 With regard to disease I would suggest looking into Prions, the proteins that cause mad cow disease.  There is a lot of information about it recently
 You mention resistance to drugs.  You can do a lot here as this is becoming a problem in hospitals especially with Staph.
 With regard to fertilizers there is controversy about organic versus chemical types.
