First question. The sexual reproduction is the key here as bacteria reproduce asexually and a piece of DNA is not an organism.  I believe that multicellular organism is the best answer

Third- gain we use the process of elimination
The body does not need CO2
Fermentation occurs in the absense of O2
D is incorrect
answer is energy production.  Oxidation of nutrients produces energy
