Question
Hi there,

Am I correct about these functions of proteins?  Am I missing any?

Functions of proteins.

Muscle contraction
Heat loss prevention
sugar level regulation
digestion
Am I missing more? Are these correct?

Thanks
Anthony

Answer
 Hi Anthony
The functions you list listed are enzyme activities and all enzymes are proteins so basically the ones you list are all the same functions. In addition proteins function as storage tissue, hormonal activities, circulation, and support tissue ( fibrous tissue.)
