I am a college biology teacher
I understand the biology of the Fungi
I needed a Masters degree and many years of experience for this work.
Science is dynamic. Without sceintific research we would have no technology and we wiuld have a very short life span.
I have been a teacher for over 50 years
Growing bread mold is simple. Get some bread and keep it moist and the spores are in the air. It will mold. Dry bread will not get moldy at all but you should also keep some dry as a control
Keep good records. Observe daily
