ok so diz iz the assiment:design an experiment to prove an hypothesis you have made based on a previous observtion.listing the scitentific method.

so the info u gave is going go with the assiment?

Answer
If you do what I told you you will have a designed experiment and will have followed the scientific method.  A hypothesis is either approved or disproved.  You do not have to prove it.  You have to test it.
Your teacher should be giving you more direction.  Have you been paying attention in class or is an online class?
