Sorry for the late response sulaman but I was on vacation
 1. Antigen stimulate the production of antibodies.  The AB blood proteins are antigenic.  If you mix a B blood with A blood antibodies  are formed
 2. antibodies are chemicals that destroy specific foreign proteins

4. You will have to be more specific here as blood transfusion is merely putting blood from one person into another.  Are you asking about reactions?
