Question
Dear, Hintz

Can you tell me how to count cells in the human body. i need it because i need to learn how to count cells  in a space.

thank you

Answer
Hi Saladin
It depends upon what kind of cells you are counting but When you are  counting cells you are working with something microscopic so you need some special equipment.  You need a counting chamber.  The chamber is placed on the scope stage and has a grid with each square occupying a known area. The cell culture is placed in the chamber and when in focus you can count the cells.
