hello dear
hope to find u in good health i have a question regarding the use of peppers generally chillies y we feel irritation after we eat them hope to make my point clear

 The fiery substance in chilies is an alkaloid compound called capsaicin found in various amounts in different plants. It is thought that it protects the fruits from being eaten by mammals. Obviously people still eat them.    It is extracted and often used in a salve form as a topical pain reliever.  go here to find out more.
