Question
hi! i have a question regaurding the procedure for the growth of bacteria. How many days/weeks should i leave it growing? Also, what do dogs contain in there mouth that humans don't? thankyou!

Answer
 Hi casey
If you are growing bacteria on media plates it will only take 24-48 hours.  The same bacteria are found in both mouths but a dogs mouth may have some parasites since they have poor sanitary habits. A dog's mouth is not cleaner then a humans.
