The text above is a follow-up to ...

-----Question-----
The trait for a tall plant (T) is dominant to a short plant (t). What percent of offspring will be tall if a parent with two tall alleles (TT) is crossed with a parent with two short alleles (tt). Explain your answer.
-----Answer-----
Hi Cassie
The subject is genetics.  The cross is as follows:
  TT     x     tt

       Tt
All plants have a genotype of Tt and the phenotype is Tall

Answer
This is merely a genetics problem about a specific trait in a plant.  Some plants are taller than others and it is due to the hereditary traits in the plant.  Tallness is dominant in plants. If you cross a tall plant with a short they all will be tall.
I don't what else I can say because I do not know how much you know about genetics.
