hello dear mr walter hintz
hope to find u in good health thanks a lot for being so helpful.i have a question about general skin dryness.it is generally noted that some dryness spots appear usually under nose or at the sides of the lips i have some questions first that what is the reason for that secondly y these dryness spots appear around these areas y not at other parts of the face or body thirdly can they be cured quickly and how can they be prevented.hope to make my point clear

Hello ABDUL:
 Dryness can be caused by a lot of things.  I think that using some kind of a cream like a chapstick could clear up the problem.  It is probably a temporary problem.
  I hope it clears up for you.  If not or if it gets really troublesome then I would suggest you ask a medical doctor.

Here are some causes for dry skin Abdul.
 Inactive oil glands
 Exposure to weather or chemicals
 Genetics
 Diet deficiencies
 skin disease
 underactive thyroid
 medications

    Your dryness is patchy so these causes do not sem to fit except for exposure
