Question
how is the graph between blood glucose and secration of glucagon
either the graph between blood glucose and secration of insulin?

Answer
Hello again Mohammad,

the level of blood glucose is monitored by the pancreas. Glucagon and insulin are the two hormones that are responsible for maintaining homeostasis in this case.
If the blood glucose level is too low, the pancreas releases glucagon which then causes the liver to release glucose into the bloodstream (from the glycogen storage).
Too high levels of blood glucose result in the release of insulin which causes the liver to withdraw glucose from the bloodstream and store it in the form of glycogen.

I'm not sure i understood your question correctly, but at least I hope that's what you wanted to know...
