Question
I've met women who tell me that their menstrual cycle is so regular that they can tell me down to the date and hour when their period will come. But how do their bodies know what day it is? It's not like the months are of equal length.

Does the hour adapt for Daylight Saving? Or does it just arrive an hour later?

Answer
Hi sara
As a male I am not sure how to respond to this never having experienced it. My educated guess is that:1. The claim may be exaggerated and/or 2. Some women have some physical clues as to when the period begins.  Also remember taht the cycles invole days so the number of days in the minth have nothing to do with it.
