Question
explain the term "motor impulse" in relatoin to muscle contraction.

define the term "motor point".

Answer
Nerves are either sensory or motor.  Sensory nerves carry messages to the spinal cord and brain.  Motor nerves carry impuses to the muscles in response to the sensory input and activate them.  I am not sure about the term motor point unless it is referring point on the muscle tissue (end plate)that causes the muscle contraction
