Dear sir,
We are a group of biology  teachers following a professional development
course. We'd be glad if you answer our questions regarding the
Subject we teach:
1- what is the function of Barr body in inactiration ?
2- what is the connection between the nucleus and the cytoplasm ?         
  3-what is the function of the distance that is existed among chromosomes?

With regard to thes equestions we may be having some language problems as I find it difficult to understanding the meaning of some of the questions.
1. Barr bodies are remnants of X chromosomes resulting from polar bodiues formed during oogenesis
2. There is no connection other that that the nucleus is surrounded by cytoplasm.
3.It is unclear what you mean be "distance among chromosomes"
