Should states enact laws that would require girls to be vaccinated against Human Papillomavirus (HPV)?

Answer
Hi BM;
 I believe that such laws should be passed.  Vaccinations for childhood diseases are already required in most states.  Requiring vaccinations has saved the lives of countless children.  It is necessary to force parents to have this done since many of them lack common sense.
