Question
Can blind people see their dreams?

Answer
Dreams are based upon visual memories stored in the occipital lobe.  They cannot visualize memories they do not have.  However they have memories based upon other senses sucn as touch so they would be able ti visualize those.  This is just conjecture on my part.  To be sure you should consult a blind person.
