Question
hi.when a person faces to these pathogens,his wright test(brucellosis test)shows false positive:
Fransicella.tullaleris,vibrio cholera,Ecoli,salmonella...
WHY these pathogens make False Positive?

and if it is out of your expertise, how can I ask this question from an specialist(serologist)?

Is it possible that everyone  read my question and reply?

Answer
Dear Pegah,

Some serology assays, such as ELISA, are not specific enough to tell the difference between the protein markers of certain pathogens.  Researchers are working on ways to overcome this shortcoming of the test, but so far it is still a problem.

I hope this helps.
