Hi weve been given the task to answer the question should we spend time in the sun and ive got some information but im completly stuck on how to present it as as you were a teacher i thought you may be able to give me some ideas

I would present it by making some qualifying statements like how long to stay in the sun and whether some people with light collections should do so.
Then I would list the pros and cons of sunbathing;
  For example: Overexposure cause skin damage but some people just fill good on a sunny day due to the warmth
