Question
What would be the result of a two-trait test cross it an individual was heterozygous for one trait and homozygous dominant for the other.

Answer
I can best answer this with an example.  Consider a cross with rabbits
 Let B =brown
 Let L = long hair
 Let l + short hair

According to your question we are pairing 2 homozygous Brown heterozygous Long haired rabbits
 BBLl   x   BBLl
         BL    Bl
 BL  BBLL     BBLl

 Bl  BBLl     BBll

   Brown long hair 3
   Brown short hair 1
