i have been given course work to find weather we 'should spend time in the sun' but all i have been able to find is for spending time... and we need to give an opinion on both sides can you please help me in any way you can    i have got to write an 800 word essay when i come back to school and i am really struggling    thank you so much

If I understand your question you are looking for the bad effects of too much time in the sun.  Is that correct? If that is the case, your essay should be about aging of the skin and skin cancer.  Look up information on skin cancer. Just google it and you should find a lot of stuff.  Let me know if you still have trouble.
